Need help?

Whether you are a Young Person, a Family Member, or a concerned friend, follow these steps below.

Step 1: Call or Email Us

We are committed to supporting you through every step, regardless of how overwhelming and scary things may seem right now. When you call or email us, we will connect you with one of our compassionate, caring and skilled social workers. We know that reaching out to someone you've never met can feel daunting, but it's the first, and most important step you need to take - because once you're with us, you're in safe hands.

Step 2: We Meet

Whatever situation has led us to you - this is our chance to meet and connect. Our staff are kind, relaxed, caring and friendly and always have your best interests at heart. This is where we can spend some time working out what kind of help you need and what you would like from us at SafeCare House.

Step 3: We Welcome You To Our Home

SafeCare House is your home. You are always welcome here.

Once we've decided that SafeCare House is the right place for you, you'll be assigned a dedicated social worker (sometimes referred to as a Case Manager). They, like all the staff at SafeCare House are here to support you on your journey with us.
